Wild Gardening Club
We are an active group working around the school grounds on lots of different projects learning about ways to help encourage more wildlife and how to use natural resources sustainably.
Projects include looking after our wild flower meadow and using a scythe to cut the long grass as well as leaving some areas of long grasses to give insects somewhere to live.
We create seed bombs from seeds found around the grounds and mud dug from the school wood in our attempt to encourage seed dispersal.
