This term we’ll be finding out all about chocolate – from the cacao bean growing in faraway rainforests to the tasty treats we enjoy today. We’ll explore how chocolate has been made and eaten throughout history, and discover why York became such an important city for chocolate making.

In science, we’ll be learning what happens to our food once we’ve eaten it – following the journey through the digestive system and finding out how to look after our teeth (especially when we’re enjoying sweet treats!).
