Around the World

In this topic the children will learn about continents and oceans of the world including vocabulary such as longitude and latitude to identify locations.

Children will also learn about co-ordinates and use OS maps. They will learn about a country in more detail and look closely at the physical geography through model making. Then pupils will learn about human geography of an area.
