Maths Workshops

We ran our maths workshops across the year groups again this week. It was great to share the maths that we're doing in class with you all, answer some questions and share some top tips. We completely understand that not all could make it, so the resources shared in the various sessions can be found below. Session slides are at the bottom of the page.

Multiplication Tables Check

Children in Year 4 will complete an online Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) during the week beginning 13th June. Below, is an information booklet put together by the government to explain the check up test. We have also put together a few games which you may want to use with your children to help them learn and be more confident at recalling their times tables.

Topmarks - Hit the Button
Topmarks hit the button is great for practising your mental maths, particularly times tables and it gives you multiple choice answers too!

Topmarks - Daily 10
You will need a pen and paper for this one. Choose a topic and practise your mental maths. This one is particularly good for addition and subrtaction!

Practise your times tables by having a go at the games on this website.
