Topic
This term, our children will be diving into an exciting new topic: Under the Sea! From the sunlit surface to the darkest depths, we’ll be exploring the incredible world beneath the waves and discovering the amazing creatures that call it home.
Through hands-on learning, we’ll investigate different marine habitats, learn how sea animals are adapted to survive, and explore the importance of conservation and protecting our oceans. We’ll also look closer to home at coastlines and rock pools, understanding how land and sea are connected and why these environments matter.
To bring our learning to life, we’ll be heading out on a memorable trip to The Deep in Hull, where children will come face-to-face with sharks, rays and a huge variety of marine life.
Get ready for a topic packed with curiosity, discovery and awe, as we dive deep into one of the most fascinating ecosystems on our planet!
