We have had two more amazing presentations from two super-confident children. Both presentations had a food theme: we had healthy/unhealthy food, along with a biscuit taste test; followed by the life of an Aero bar. The class loved both presentations!

20 Minute Reading Challenge
Children have been trying to read for 20 minutes without looking up from their books. This will help to build stamina in reading.
Non-chronological Reports about Dragons
The first two children presented their areas of interest/expertise today. We learned about Thailand, Laos and Vietnam, as well as finding out about different styles of dance. The quality of the presentations was outstanding: really interesting content, lots of preparation, and a class of children who were thoroughly engaged. Well done!

Week Beginning 18th September News Report
In our science lesson, the children planned an investigation that looked at whether the size of a paper helicopter's rotors changed how quickly the helicopter fell to the ground. We discussed wind resistance and gravity, as well as fair testing.
