This week Miss Bolton is celebrating Dylan for his excellent writing. When labelling the diagram of a daffodil, Dylan used his phonics and knowledge of letter formation to write all of the words with no support, I was gobsmacked! And also 100% effort when into his work so well done Dylan, it's all coming together nicely! smiley

Mrs Neville's superstar this week is Harry! He is making excellent progress in his reading and writing and is becoming much more confident in applying his skills to read and write. Mrs Neville has noticed a big improvement in Harry's independence during reading and writing activities, so keep up the good work Harry, you're doing really well! surprise

Celebrating work in school isn't just about recognising achievements in reading, writing and maths. This week, I would like to celebrate the politeness and use of manners by Aiden in Miss Bolton's class. He opens doors for people, knocks on doors and says 'excuse me...' before asking a question, waits for adults to finish conversations before speaking and is generally a superb role model to have in the class. He truly is a young gentleman in the making and is well deserved of his peer mentor badge. Keep it up Aiden! indecision

In Mrs Neville's class, we are celebrating the wonderful Jack this week! Jack has been working really hard to concentrate and listen carefully during lessons, particularly in music  when it's all about listening and paying attention to what you can hear. Well done Jack, Mrs Neville and Mrs West are very pleased and proud of your achievements young man, keep up the hard work!nosurprise

Friday 6th March (Assembly was held on Monday 9th March)

This Week's super star in Miss Bolton's class is.....EVERYONE!! Yes, the whole class! When Miss Bolton was working elsewhere for a few days last week, the supply teacher left a lovely note to say how well behaved the whole class was whilst their teacher was away! Wonderful news, and Miss Bolton is proud of each and every one of you. Let's get that smiley stamper out!! no
