Friday 5th December

A huge well done to Fred Howe for his super singing throughout our Christmas Nativity. You can remember all the song words and are singing so enthusiastically that it really inspires the other children. I have also noticed a really positive attitude to your work and learning which is lovely to see. Keep up the fabulous efforts. I'll be watching !! smiley no smiley no

Miss Bolton's star this week is Rowan! During a writing activity, he demonstrated improved stamina and concentration when siting down and writing sentences in speech bubbles for various Nativity characters. He used his phonic knowledge to sound out words, and left finger spaces between each word which was fantastic! Keep up this new found enthusiasm for writing Rowan!!! smileysmileysmileysmileysmiley

An enormous WELL DONE to all of the children in Reception for their hard work to put on this year's Nativity play. We are so proud of them all for the brilliant singing, remembering their lines, fabulous dancing, remembering when to come on stage, and just being superstars! We are sure that all of the Mums, Dads, Grandparents and anyone else who came to see the children thought it was great too. Congratulations everyone, you have definitely put us all in the Christmas mood now! indecisionindecisionnono

Sam and Elodie were this half term's lucky recipients of the Aroma café award! This special treat is awarded to children who have demonstrated exceptional behaviour so well done to you two. We hope you didn't have a tummy ache after the Christmas party, Christmas lunch and treats at the café! What a fabulous day! frown

Here is Aflie, after receiving the prestigious school 'Talent' Award. Out of the whole school, Alfie was chosen because of his brilliant singing during our Christmas Nativity play. Alfie's voice stood out to everyone and he really has a talent for holding a tune and singing loudly, clearly and with confidence. Well done to a future star! frown
